'MEAT' wins Silver ACS Award
A big congratulations to our very talented cinematographer, Jack McAvoy, who just won an Australian Cinematographers Society NSW & ACT Silver Award for Cinematography in a Short Film for his beautiful work on MEAT!
Jack was also the cinematographer on TOMORROW, AND TOMORROW, AND TOMORROW so I can't wait to share more of his stunning work with you soon.
'MEAT' screens in Germany, USA and Australia
MEAT had its German premiere in September as an official selection of Down Under Berlin Film Festival.
On 22 October I'll be heading to Byron Bay where MEAT is an official selection of Byron Bay Film Festival and nominated for the Young Australian Filmmaker of the Year award.
Then in November MEAT has its USA premiere at the Citizen Jane Film Festival in Columbia, Missouri, where it's screening in the Emerging Voices program: "This collection of 10 short films shows off the early works of emerging filmmakers with serious talent. From comedy to drama these films represent women with strong new voices in independent filmmaking."
A big three months!
